You won't find any Sergeants in foxholes nano, they're too busy fighting in the trenches and from the safety of their goddamn command bunkers and tents 
What you'll find are riflemen squads firing like maggots against tanks since they usually don't come with a rocket squad from the Barracks and you have to train one but then the maggot Black Hands come and FWOOOOSSHHH BUILDING CLEARED.
