Yes, that's right.

Fallout Studios has undergone a significant update to keep us in-touch with everything going on at IPB, our forum software provider. As a result of this, the forums have been upgraded to the latest version of IPB - IPB 3.2. You will notice there is a lot of enhanced functionality in this version, but for the most part, your experience in dealing with the forums will remain the same.

Obviously, as this is a new update, there will be bugs. As such, if you spot one, we would ask that you point it out to us right here so that we can sort it out

Bug List:

Quotes aren't working - Currently under investigation
Skins are no longer available - As a result of the upgrade, all skins are now defunct. We are looking into upgrading them in the very near future, so stay tuned!
Avatars are gone - a side effect of the upgrade, all avatars have been replaced by profile pictures, as the two are no longer separate. We apologise for this happening, however it is also an easy fix so we hope you won't feel too aggrieved!

Skins will come soon, that I am absolutely certain of. Tbh though, I have more pressing issues such as fixing bugs, so skins may take a few weeks, but it genuinely won't be long


Pav: There's a fair few new things in your profile etc. It's mostly just a more streamlined experience tbh. You'll need to have a look, see what you find

Really can't wait for the skins to arrive, can't stand this monotone same as every other site on the web look. But hey, at least it hasn't changed to mobile format. I hate that so many websites now use that stupid mobile format leaving about half my screen blank, fucking smartphones.

Funny you should say that...

There is now a mobile skin that will automatically load if you access FS on a smartphone browser. You can check it out by changing your skin below to that of the mobile option, if you want

(Well you could if I had enabled it or something...)

Still, like the multiquote thing, And my WARN meter looks much better now, like seeing it as a bar instead of 66,9% (which was kinda odd). Can't wait for old skins, this one is too simple. Boring if you ask me.

New Bug: I can double click on a word (which selects the whole word) and cannot type a new word which usually replaces the selected word. Anything I type after selecting the word would not appear. I hope what I am trying to say is clear.

Perhaps this is just an issue on my side, but viewing the forum's home page, and clicking "sign-in", I was not able to log in right away. I had to first view the member's list and click "sign-in". Again, this could be an issue that is purely on my side, but one I felt worth mentioning.

I opened this on my iPod and I thought that FS now had a mobile skin. Turns out it wasn't mobile only. Hope the bugs get ironed out quickly and Fallout Blue returns.

For the moment, you need to use [media] and use the full length Youtube URL.
