Therapy Off is a release type where Super Weapons and Player Powers are off.

No. Therapy Off will no longer be released since there is already an option to turn off superweapons and player powers in vanilla ST.
And yes, we are considering tech tree requirement changes regarding units that need superweapons (ie. Chrono Tank)
