Projects: C&C General : Zero Hour : C&C3 Tiberian Incursion

I need to do some map for my mod. As they might really regular heights, angular elevation...

I would like to use the Elevator program witch is hear :

The problem is that, when I use it, I receive this message :
]ERROR: Width and height to not match elevation data.
parametters are :
raw : 620 (in fact, I can't find a raw exporter or converter, it is a converted BMP)
map :
620*620, borders included : 30
for the size in the program, I enter 560.

Could somebody help-me ? Or is there an other solution for the same result ?
