8.5 / 10. Graphics card is a bit dated.

Yea, got the gfx card second hand for merely £100. It's powerful enough to run anything on my small screen.

Main priority of my PC now is music playback, it does it job very well and being very quiet with my Noctua always running under 500rpm. My CPU cooler barely go over 900rpm inside the sound dampened case. The PSU is outright the cleanest consumer PSU feeding power to my soundcard, which is important for good sound.

If anything, I want a quieter GFX card as the 470 is not exactly quiet running games even with custom fan profile.

Unless it's 16 bit it'll run on 64 bit fine.

In my experience that might not be true; I've been unable to run some legacy software(which may or may not have been 16-bit) on my 64-bit box.
