The first forum i ever used to hang out at was Infoceptor.com. There, only one sig pic was allowed per signature and the maximum avatar size was 150x150px, which worked very nice. It looked very pretty and allowed for more freedom in avatar choices, and the threads weren't clotted up by tons of ugly, unrelated sig pics. Why can't we do something like this here at e-studios? Or atleast increase the avatar size?

150x150 seems reasonable. That way the avatars should still fit in the designated area.

I like the size increase for avatars, as they would make some more readable, however I feel the parameters for sigs are pretty decent. What I have may be pushing the limits a bit, bit it's not horrid like some users used to have, or still have.

I personally find 100x100 for an avatar fine, however if the 150x150 one will not increase the width and height of the post as whole, I don't mind.
Sigs should stay the way they are, 350 pixels height limit sounds fine, the limit should not be increased.

Yeah your images make 305 pixels. I don't think it should be increased as your sig already takes up quite a bit of the screen here . I can live with that allright, but not much bigger sigs.
If it wouldn't mess up the pages then I say go for it. I don't have my avatar in 150x150 anyway so I'll stick to 100x100.

150x150 on the avvie, and I have an idea: limit the sig size to how big your little infobox is. I find that to be a good measure.

What's your screen resolution? 500x500 would, in height take up nearly half the screen if people use 1024x768

Yeah, but if you use 1024x768 the sig takes up half the screen. 500x500 is just a big no-no in my opinion.

Probably because we're not going to store lots of sig pictures, which can be much bigger than avatars. It works like that on most if not all IPB boards. Maybe it's hard-coded.
