i do not want to insult any one cause this place is great in content and design however i am unable do anything but write. i can not: [here stats the list]

use the gided mode
use bold italic or underline
change font style, colour or size
add links, images, quotes, code

and most annoyingly not use any of the smilies (even several times browser has frozen after clicking smilly)

in gereral i can not use any special features accociated with posting or editing profile info

if any one can help i would realy appriciate it

Yup we know it and were fixing it this forum whas hacked and our whole javasystem is down like clicking smiles and guided tags like [img][/img] etc

Thanks alot it was just that other people have ben using them and i know my computer is a sometime alittle messed up

You can also use smilies by just typing :something:, like : ) --> , : D --> .
I look at the smiley I want, and if you put the mouse over it you can see what you need to type.

yeah, but dont you have to lok at the bottom left hand corner of the explorer page? firefox page, or whatever, cause when i hold my mouse over the smiley i want, in the yellow box thing, it says, smilie

I look at the bottom, there it says which link will be opened when you press it (like java script::emoticon('')
