Plazzmmaa its because newest HDMI MDI Technology and LCD Backlight will be gone when long used and plasma doenst use it

LCD backlight lasts a couple of years (i mean, my computer monitor is an LCD, going strong for over 5 years now). Anyways, i'd still take rear projection LCoS over all of them.
