i do

ur useing the dedicated server...thats what admin use to host their own server without playing...it doesnt take up the full screen does it? and when u start a game when on that...u only get letters

Lol, Bob! You're supposed to open Soldat, not Soldat Dedicated Server!

EDIT: I propose we have a Team match for the next game. Simply because you can play it with 2 people, or 12, it doesn't matter. Twelve though is of course way more fun! So I hope that when and if we do a TDM that lots of people show up!

Sorry Short, but we'd need at least 8 people to do that.
It's like CTF but slightly different, which means that having teams of 1-2 would be kind of crap.

well i would like to see a Chainsaw or LAW only in DM.....but for TDM i preffer all weps since its fun to zook everything u see

EDIT2: I need to go off at 8PM-9PM (GMT) for filming again., now after the fiasco I caused last time by not showing up, I am for-going making a server tonight.
If you guys want to play Soldat, you'll either have to find/make your own server.
Sorry, but I'm busy. Besides, I need to wait longer for more info on the whole "Next ESS Game".
EDIT3: It was so tempting to have a rant, but I appreciate that only about 5 people aside from myself actually play in the ESS when I host it.

This is important.

Definite Things:
The next ESS Match will be tonight.
It will be a Team Match.
We better get more than 2 people.

Uncertainties:
Down-To-Basics Weapons List?
Uber Guns Weapons List?
Any weapon Mods?

(Refer to Post #12 for the two Weapons Lists mentioned.)

Please people, let me hear your opinions.

I don't want to have to do something that people don't agree with.
I also don't want to miss the opportunity to make games more interesting.
I can't do this without hearing what you think, so please, just post a reply with your thoughts.

Essentially...
You may have to aim a bit though because some bullets decrease in velocity, like the Spas 12 and Desert Eagles.

Well, I think it'll just be a plain old TDM I guess.

EDIT2: Blonde-Unkown/Hpi-Racer just made my day. He came in, played for 5-10 mins, then left cos he said "there wasnt many people". Rofl! It was only 10 mins! xD

Hey i have To work from 8am-5Pm EST and i cant get on comp till like 6...so is there a way to extend the time...if not o- well... but still if you can that would be great...and thx for the working IP and stuff!

Unfortunately thid was debated before. No one came up with a reason not to shorten the times.
My computer is really bad at sustaining a connection through the night, so the Server ends at a comofrtable time for me to get to bed. I'm sorry.

I went on today and never found the server It was at the time you said for Central time.

maybe we could have an IRC dedicated to the Soldat server. it would make communication and discussion easier, and would allow for more spontaneous action.
