I had photoshop free trial version once but the problem was that I couldn't figure out how to install it.

Ummm.........I see you took off a missle, and added........something blue. If you could add in another render or something that'd be great. I think you're supposed to alter the picture by adding stuff in, more than actually altering the picture itself.
