Also after eating two tablets of activated charcoal, I'm still losing a lot of water D; I am have starting to have electrolyte imbalance (calf muscles always about to cramp if I put too much force on them).

Activated carbon. If it's not available, drink lots of slightly salted water. Do not forget the salt, no matter how ridiculous it sounds - drinking water without it would deplete your electrolyte levels massively and that's basically the biggest danger with diarrhoea.

Lucozade should work, or at least Gatorade - it was designed to be drinkable in unlimited quantities which boils down to the same.

But the water, I don't have unlimited quantities of it. I don't want to be sitting on the toilet bowl for 6 hours drinking water and have it come out the other end. It's a waste.

Seriously though, if you get thirsty, drink; if you feel weak, get something salty. If you don't, you may end up hospitalised.
