I have to seriously question the intelligence of anyone that would give any of you a driving license....

Vanilla TS Nod Artillery: Freaking nightmare
Also, TS aircraft pilots are improbably dumb. Firestorm barriers =/= passable.

wikipedia said:
Coupé utility (or ute) is a variant of the well-body where the rear body (truck-like bed) is joined to the front body (usually a coupe, hence the name). The coupé utility body style is a light-duty truck, based on an automobile platform—either a unibody platform or coach or auto body and chassis—and usually (but not exclusively) with a two-door passenger cabin and an integral cargo bed.

Looks pretty pointless to me, but at least it isn't as stupid as a 4-way stop.
It just seems to be a roundabout where you go one by one, which really doesn't work anywhere where there is actual traffic (read: not Guernsey).
That isn't a normal filter at all. In that case, it probably would make sense to put a mini-roundabout there.
Here is a good example of a filter. The bottom filter - There are 2 lanes of traffic (both going up) on the left, and joining road on the right, merging into those 2 lanes. A roundabout just wouldn't work there.

You honestly think a roundabout would be more appropriate? o_O

No, I think properly designed roads would be more appropriate.

If I ever stumble across one of those filter thingies while I'm driving, odds are I'll just run straight through cause I won't be able to figure out their minigame of road.
