You don't get no refund, its exactly like a speeding fine and thats written on the same papers used for speeding infringements. The boss already pays for oversize permits and heavy vehicle rego, money that should go towards fixing roads but it never does. Its just more revenu raising and its easy for them scumbags to target and fine me when i have no control over how the vehicle im operating is loaded.
