Well I started going through the payment process, but it added in VAT (nothing new there) and after looking through the FAQ, I'm not even sure if I can buy stuff from adobe because I am in Guernsey, let alone get the VAT off. I've posted on their forum, so hopefully I'll get a clear answer at some point. But there whole help section is just so unnecessarily confusing.
