If that sentence intented for me, I am not overestimating, even though it may look impossible to some, my slept interrupted minimum a few times every single night at the army, and I don't count the nightwatch which comes in every two days...

And then there is people like my brother, which will continue to sleep no matter what happens, you can even fire high caliber gun near him and he will just be like " wtf was that " and zzz in a few seconds again :P

Both heavy and sensitive sleep is pain, but sensitive sleep perhaps more pain in peace time, any little voice and you wake up, can be useful in war though, nobody can stalk you :P

Once there was a slight earthquake in Tunisia during the night, my dresser fell with a great bang, and I still didn't wake up :P
