I still cringe when i remember parts of the film. That comes from a person with a mind which makes horribly violent drawings (not the ones i share, i destroy those after i finish )

Jesus christ there was a dismembered penis on that wood from hell thing!? I am not sure because i half-closed my eyes through whole scene ^^'

Yes, that's basically it. It's one of the more intense moments in the entire film series and it's fucking fantastic. That's why I like Hellraiser, it's basically horror from another dimension, almost beyond fiction.

I love how they managed to snag a respected stage and drama actor to play one of the lead roles in Hellraiser 2, even though he wanted nothing to do with the film, but his Hellraiser fan grandson annoyed him into taking the role anyway, and in the film that guys gets killed in a particularly gruesome and terrifying manner and he returns as this unimaginable horror from the abyss and it's basically the crowning moment of his career .
