Could be, i forgot to mention i don't consume much of a grain and when i do, it is full grain, not that processed shit. Basically, i avoided almost anything that would take a toll on my immune system.

It really had an effect on me fast. I was dealing with it since the beginning of March. I hoped for it to stop in a few weeks (never was this bad) but it just got worse. So i started to take antihistamines on April but it just stopped the sneezing, stuck nose was persistent, especially at night. I started more healthy diet later, seeing that there is really no real way to treat it, it worked. Now for like a month or so i sneeze once to none a day and can sleep at night because my nose isn't stuck.
I notice when i go for less healthy diet, symptoms come back again. So i try to avoid junk food and grainy stuff as best as i can and go for the real food meant for the body, by adding garlic to boost the immune system.

It is basically like a bug in the immune system, so if it works fine, it can treat itself and it does.


Also it might be good to rinse the nose with sterilized/boiled water + salt + apple vinegar. You will have to blow your nose quite a bit after doing that for like 15 minutes or so but it is good to clean up the infection, which also adds to the situation

Armor on the tanks supposed to stop those rounds They are "Tanks" for a reason

I hope they release Half Life 3 without any teasers and notifications. That game doesn't need any teasers anyway, there are millions of people ready to pick it the second it will come out, including me
