Different countries being pretty much the same is an even bigger guarantee of mutual hatred :P . Look at Turkey and Greece for example! :P


Greek and Turkish people are not alike at all. It appears so beacuse they fought many times in the past (even relatively recently: Cyprus) and conquered each others' territories, so they adopted some foods and traditions but overall they are very different i can assure you!
