Don't expect too much in terms of the writing or animation, but it's a fun little what-if multi-timeline/dimension crossover thing. I think it some what ties in with the xenoverse universe, and their time patrollers.

The first episode features a fight between SS4 Goku and SSB Goku. Should tell you all you need to know really.

I get what you mean. Time travel is problematic at the best of times, but time travel in the DB universe makes zero sense.

Just don't take it too seriously. It's ultimately non-canon anyway.
