Monster Hunter World is a good great game! (Around 70 hours of gameplay for singleplayer campaign) Steam reviews are unjustified. There was some connection issues when it first got released (it was nothing that could prevent people from playing single player anyway and they solved everything in a few weeks) so majority of negative reviews came from players annoyed by it at the start and apparently didnt bother changing their reviews later.

And if you don't have an ancient PC like mine, i assume better visuals will make it feel even better.

Also it has the least toxic community, basically no toxicity at all. Played hundreds of quests with random people and nobody cares, everyone just focuses on killing the monster and just send around pre-written fun messages sometimes.

To be fair, I did have it on my list, but realistically I'm never going to sink enough time into it to get anything out of it.
