I believe SS Goku is in by default. I don't think vanilla Goku was even out when the game first came out.

Those characters were part of the initial version of the game, they just ripped them off from it and selling them seperately. Unacceptable!

Same shit being done by CAPCOM but they do it for free, hey look how nice we are, we are giving you a lot of new monsters to hunt for free, they were definitely not part of the initial game!
