A few years ago, there was a navy diver in Australia who was doing some practice dive in the Sydney Harbour, and as he was coming up from one of them he felt a piece of driftwood bang against his sides and against his leg. I annoyed him a bit, so he pushed it away. But he realised he couldn’t use his hand. And then he thought: “Well maybe it’s not driftwood.” And then he looked down and saw that his whole leg was inside a shark’s mouth. His hand was inside the shark’s mouth as well. And he said that once he saw that, he experienced the most intense pain that you could possibly imagine.

I love spiders. Marvelous creatures. But i don't like anything venomous. Venom is evil.

Kyle, halp.

I have an SVG file of an extremely complicated scheme. I want to print it to A0, but I can't open the file in Illustrator to export it to a printable format, because the file is too complicated and Illustrator thinks that there are "too many nested groups". Is there a way around this?

You could try using this optimisation tool, before opening illustrator:

https://jakearchibal...thub.io/svgomg/

I use it to bring file size down for web, but might work for you too.

Anybody hearing loud jet sounds in the night? Which lasts long, like an hour ?(with breaks) But no jets in sight?
Apart from those sounds, an eerie sound also accompanies it, like a poweful engine starting. It woke me up in 3 am, also some neighbors.

Its been happening a lot lately, but last night it was loud as fuck and got me scared.

Searched and apparently a lot of people expriencing similiar sounds.

Tried it, but even at the lowest filesize, there's still too many groups apparently D: .

Open up the SVG in a text editor and manually delete the excess groups? 8|

SVG are just XML, e.g.

Quote

<?xml version="1.0" encoding="utf-8"?>
<!-- Generator: Adobe Illustrator 17.0.0, SVG Export Plug-In . SVG Version: 6.00 Build 0) -->
<!DOCTYPE svg PUBLIC "-//W3C//DTD SVG 1.1//EN" "http://www.w3.org/Graphics/SVG/1.1/DTD/svg11.dtd">
<svg version="1.1" id="Layer_1" xmlns="http://www.w3.org/2000/svg" xmlns:xlink="http://www.w3.org/1999/xlink" x="0px" y="0px"
width="16px" height="16px" viewBox="0 0 16 16" enable-background="new 0 0 16 16" xml:space="preserve">
<polygon fill-rule="evenodd" clip-rule="evenodd" fill="#0774BC" points="0,9.968 2.15,7.319 5.618,10.515 13.352,0.667 16,2.994
6.108,15.333 "/>
</svg>

Groups are just <g></g> tags. You could in theory just go in and delete a bunch of group tags (and leave the contents), but given Illustrator is refusing it open it due to too many groups, I doubt it's practical to manually delete them. Who knows.

Dude, there is nothing but buildings here :P

Also, my parents who live in the other end of the city also heard the sounds. If i record it and upload, i bet a lot of people will call it fake, it is so damn loud and i dont understand why people keep sleeping like it is a normal sound.

Well, know that at least we wouldn't call you out for being a fake without thinking a bit more about it first!
