If you're interested in the story, then I'd say go for it. The story isn't as memorable, but still enjoyable. The new trailer also shows 2 galaxies at the start, hinting that the new game might be a sequel to both the original trilogy an Andromeda, so probably makes sense to get up to speed.

It's also worth playing it so that you have context for Annihilation (book), such a fun read.

I will get it again either once i get PS5 or upgrade my PC. This game needs ultra settings, they will likely get rid of most of the bugs and release expansions aswell until then

Well usually the more tacticool the FPS the worse it plays, so not surprising.

Siege is an exception. However it has the shittiest community and starting the game actually takes longer than the match itself. (picking and banning phase with useless long animations)

Last I remembered from Siege it had all very much stagnated. The gunplay itself has always been terrible.
