I see you are going through another run
On my first playthrough: all of them. Mysterious and exciting, couldn't wait to see what comes next.
On my next playthroughs: grassy plateaus. As far as the eye can see, quite deep places there but not scary deep, you can still see the bottom, beautiful view.

Also, the intro is just amazing, i sometimes start the game just to see intro and wander around a bit then do it again in a few months

For me it's the Kelp Forest, especially at night. So mesmerising.

Lost River is a good second one though.
