The funny thing is when he had our gaming night at work, I tried playing BallisticNG which uses the arrow keys, and it genuinely was a hassle playing with the half-height keys.

I would imagine it's similar to the VR mode in WipEout Omega, which is indeed intsense.

It doesn't surprise me in the slightest. I constantly get up and down mixed up while coding. I don't know how anyone can think it's an acceptable compromise.
