Premiere Pro has difficulty displaying the video at full speed, it seems to skip a ton of frames (probably problems loading all the assets at high enough speed). Is there a way to fix it so it displays all the frames? =o

Pre render the effects/footage. I think it's enter, or number pad 0 (or there is an option in one of the top menus. I can't remember the exact process as it's a muscle memory thing now.
