I'd advise against that, it sounds bad for your health. :cone:

I use ear plugs, which help if I don't remove them in my sleep. Although I am sensitive to all light and must sleep in an obsidian fog.

Wish i could sleep with ear plugs on... I can't sleep in pitch black (when alone) I do not keep lights on but street light must reflect from the window a little bit

You need a nightlight, or you should plug in your phone and turn on the torch and put a cloth over it

I want to get a personal dev environment set up, and definitely don't want to faff around on windows. <87

It's the first apple product I'm genuinely considering buying, but the thing that's making me hesitate is the same thing that's always put me off: The ridiculous apple tax (and the fact I can't upgrade later).

I can get 256GB Mac Mini for £499 (which is somewhat reasonable), or I can go for the 512GB £645, i.e. ?150~ more.

I can literally buy a 512GB M.2 for £20~. How can Apple justify that price!? :tard:

They can justify the price because apparently some people don't want to faff around on windows.

If apple don't massively overprice their stuff people see it for the cheaply made crap it actually is.

While Macs certainly have their issues, they're certainly not cheaply made crap. The stability of my work Macbook Pro doesn't even come to close to literally any windows device I've ever had.
