Tempest Rising is basically a C&C ripoff somewhere between the Tiberian universe and Red Alert. Sanctuary Shattered Sun is basically Supcom 3, even endorsed by Chris Taylor.

Despite showcasing naval units in trailers, I got some third-party rumors that there won't be naval units in Sanctuary....bummer. Let's hope the rumors are false.
