Reason for it is not nationalism though. It is €. Since economy went to shit here, € is much more valuable, so they bought a lot of assets in Turkey very cheaply, also they enjoy cheap holidays.So they prefer him to stay and keep fucking the economy so they can get richer.

But of course, there are also right wingers there and those are usually in mafia belonging to nationalists.
