Subnautica is definitely #1,
Terraria is definitely #2,
Tarkov is probably #3,
Mass Effect 2 might be #4,
Not sure about #5. I can think of a LOT of candidates.

I was expecting a full Final Fantasy list
In a couple of years when the third part of FFVII remake trilogy is released, that will probably make the top 5.
The way new FF games are going, I'm not sure if any others will get rated that highly by me... But if the rumours about a FFX remake or FFX-3 ever amount to anything, all bets are off.

I am just hoping for FF XII remake, but not sure if it will feel same with different voice actors. They did a great job in the original

Are they all turn-based JRPG's like the original? Or are they a mixture of genres?

FFX was the last fully turned based FF game.
FFXII had the gambit system when you use rudimentary programming to give commands to allies, e.g. if health < 50, use potion.
FFVII remake trilogy remakes FVII which used turn based, but the remakes give you an extremely fun hybrid system where you have real-time combat, but you can open up the actions menu which pauses time and allows you to use spells, abilities, items, etc. You end up with the best of both worlds, IMO - Engaging real-time combat, but the depths of the tactical gameplay from older games.
One of the many defining features of the FF series is each new game, for better or worse, is different from the last.
I feel like you'd get a kick out of FFXVI, just because of the variety of British accents.
