Resident Evil 2 and 3 was great for their time. Quite scary for a 10 year old too.
Resident Evil 4 (while totally different to the previous ones) was and still is great, can't wait for the remake.

The fact that you had to use your ammunition carefully, made it even scarier.
It was even better in Outbreak, that game needs a come back too.
