Some proportions out of whack and other not-so-good things:
Make the turret a bit less tall, especially in front.
Add more detail to the front of the barrel.
Make the front of the chassis over the treads curve down instead of going back up.

That's not too bad Abourror. The end of the barrel needs fixing like Fox said, and the turret is a bit too rounded, BUT overall it looks pretty cool
