Alright, I just thought this up and think it would be quite interesting.
Basically, all you do is put your initials down, then the person below you (TPBY) makes up what the stand for.
Example: Mine initials are CNS
Someone thinks of three words that begin with each of the letters.
CNS = Critically Nominated Stupidity
It can be as dumb, funny, or as serious as you want it to be. Just don't [i]try[i] and insult the person above you.
