The Chinese should get a tank that fires silk wrapping up their enemies.

Sounds like a good concept, but probably uncodeable.

Actully you just have to code it like the Dragon Tank or ToxinTractor.
The Infantry guys will die like the regular anthraxed only they would be pure white like they were wrapped in silk.

but it would not leave puddles on the ground, just do direct damage.
