Its a tank with a large panda strapped to a table on top of a turret on it, a large generator behind it a barrel attached to the panda and a crate of turnips attached to the side with wires running from the turnips to the panda.
It fires a large beam of amplified panda residue (powered by turnips) at the enemy. Causes massive damage.

A little too strange, even for this mod. We don't need turnip powered poo lasers for this mod.
