Anyway, your citing of the rules doesn't do much in the way of proving your point as the rules state that the revival was just fine, unless no others end up posting in this topic. That is not something we can expect quite so soon so it is unfair to claim that the revival was wrong, until, of course, later, when the topic has either been revived or been abandoned yet again.
