well, maybe this can go to the modding forum, because it's for skinning Generals & Zero Hour Vehicle skins and stuffs...
the problem is...
I lost it :dizz: and does anyone have them? i forgot the website where i downloaded it before, because it's years ago before my comp got reformatted yesterday... help will be gretly appreciated...
