The coloring on the Nod vehicles look alot better. Before they looked kinda purplish with magneta details instead of black and red.

The Predator tank also looks alot better. Less funky dimensions and textures.

Here's some news: The pitbull's been given a roof.

That's what a billion complaint threads can do.

It's not the Terrain's problem, The models of the infantries are floating....this thing can be replicated in ZH too if you import a model raised by some thingy in the Z axis in the modelling program.

in short, the models are fucked.

i dont know if its that the infantry are floating.
Personally, i just think they the shadows are fucked up, as you can see in almost every screenshot Ea has released.

Everything looks fine (aside the NOD Mech which looks meh), but why the HELL is the Juggernaught firing Horizontal? I'd rather have those baby's rain death just like the old ones :). The building damage looks nice, the Hand of Nod Globe on the hand falls and such, a nice touch that I hope will be like in other structures.
Now I know its early stages, but can someone explain to me why infantry can take about 30 laser shots to the face and still shoot pellets at turrets? And speaking of which, those thin little flower stems look really bad imo. Defences need some sort of originality - for instance - GDI in TS had ground based structures, while nod had towering defences - in this they all have towering defences which really dissolves the identidy of each side. Ok am I looking at NOD's little flower pedaled tower - oh wait its GDI's 7 shaped pea shooter. :ohlordsendmeprayers:

Also - I think EA took the literal term on hit and run, NOD Bomber looks sweet, but, it teleports right after it bombs?

I really hope EA pulls a rabit out of their asses, because as of now, I'm getting some big doubts on this game. But if they pull thier shit together, they might actually get themselves a pretty nice looking RTS - the graphics are nice and the music that they just now showed us has some promise. It might turn out like another Generals.

its firing horizontal becuase itso close to the enemies would make much sence to make huge arc when there right in front of you

also this isn't realism rts as far as i know but we will see final product and see for are selves

The Nod bombers cloak before and after runs, but they do that *poof* thing when disapearing. (Which doesn't look near as cool as some sort of fadeout effect).

The Nod mech looks hokey. It's like a boring cross between a Cyborg commando and a Core Defender.

I hope that the animation on the Avatar thingy is more extensive than what's shown.

I cant wait to butcher my own units to get the avatar really powerful. I don't mind the animations too much as long as the unit remains powerful and gets the job done (to and extant).

plus make it stealth from killing a nod stealth tank plus some other goodies. Those things are like the frickin' apoccollapse. If you don't kill them first, they will get even stronger.

It's not the equivalent to the GDI Juggernaught. Its a mech on itself. Able to tear down a tank of choice and take the weapon, mount it on its arm. As seen in the tekst, you can also arm the Avatar with the Lazarus shield.
