what the crap my Ps messed up it says "Cannot load PS. Missing File Please Reinstall" or some sort. WTf?!

Then I would advise re-installing it.

Sorry IDK how to make rain yet, yet alone the font looks gay.

You need a little work on the font choice, and the legiblity as well. But its ok.

ANYWAY... I made a wallpaper with GIMP for ShW .95.

it's kinda big though. So i'll give you the link instead. Here.

Not bad, but you have blurred the Gen logo as well as the rain effects, which btw, don't work too well on this piece as the render is fairly static and lacks blending.
On a positive note I quite like the border.
