thx. i did compare it again and i saw that the "spike" in front must be directed to inside not outside..

Very nicely done , as most of your models, this one skinned would be very nice to see. This is your best commanche to date.

The second version does look a lot better. Funny what a little nose-job can do for a model :D . Nonetheless, a very nice model indeed.
