I agree with Kalo here. And I am not sure what is happening on the 'wings'. Are those light lines temporary??

Suggestion that would make it look good and very different, try linking the propulsion pads into the wings more, connect them to some tubes/pipes along the wings and giving them a pulsing glowing effect. Make them look like they're connected to the craft. Atm the pads are alien to the rest of the model.

Oh and stop using that horrible yellow/biege for the housecolour

In other works, the rokh thingy doesn't look like a sig : it has a square shape, no borders, and well... IT DOESN'T LOOK LIKE A SIG D:

I can't restart EVE Online, I'd have to wait until the next time I come across a pwntrain fitted Rokh, and those are rare, this one being the first one I've seen myself.

But I do question on what kind of ammunition does it use, because the turrets doesn't seem to look like to fire shells or I'm just very blind?

I believe those are railguns/plasma weaponry seeing how high-tech they look.

Indeed, railguns. The railguns simply haul hunks of metal at the target, nothing fancy.

The normal cannons use the standard 08/15 cannon shells however.
