I play better with Nod (actually a billion times better with them than GDI), so Nod FTW! Because I'm good with Nod, I defeated a hard GDI turtler who had Sonic Emitters getting right up into my base 'til I spammed Obelisks of Light and changed that.

That and Nod has their regular aircraft so it never has to reload because it uses a machine gun/laser. It makes my airstrikes a little less powerful but it makes them good nonetheless because they don't have to reload, and when they're getting hit I send in my heavy bombers to stop it once and for all.

And on some completely unrelated note, when I played against that hard GDI, they built their Ion Cannon Control right in front of my Obelisk of Light, so I killed it with a pair of those.

I should have made this Topic a poll, and about the whole goodguy bad guy argument I'm going to have to say it's pretty gray when it comes to GDI vs NOD, but if I have a choice between playing the goodguys or playing the badguys I almost always pick the badguys (RA2YR YURI FTW!)

NOD's always the coolest side.

The whole Orca and Mammoth deal gets old pretty fast.

GDI.

Why? Because when Lizzie enters the battlefeild, SOMEONE IS GOING TO GET HAMMERED!

GDI. They didn't experiment on people with tiberium or attack civilians. They also have done things to control the deaths due to tiberium and subsequent mutations. Nod only did that to strengthen their military, and nothing else.

And whatever happened to the Forgotten?

Why do people care about morals, in a game? :)
Just wondering.

the forgotten were exposed to tiberium for too long and were either killed or horribly mutated.

I just changed my opinion..... I still love nod but their units aren't near as powerful as GDI's (except the avatar *drool*) I love the Juggernaught, Have any of you seen the Idle animation for it where it scratches its barrel like a dog?

Nod iced their leader in Tiberian Sun: Firestorm so they probably disbanded. Back on topic now.

Nod has some neat stuff for sure, but that don't come close to GDI's firepower so I say GDI.

9/10 times when you have avatars and mammoth tanks the mammoths will win, seems a little unfair considering the Avatars price ($3000 without upgrading it with other units) compared to the mammoth tanks price ($2700 for the unit and then a one time fee of $2000 that will make all your mammoths OP)

zone troopers own flame tanks unless you have flame tanks in large (and I mean LARGE) masses,

no such thing as a draw in this game

i didnt mean anything about them fighting, those are just fun to use units from the sides, and besides, 1 on 1 an avatar with dual lasers might stand a chance

>.> Dual Lasers and flamethrowers pwn
I personally like combining tech like using nod's Cloaking Field ability on a group of mammoths (stealthed mammoths ZOMG!)
in my opinion the Juggernaughts are the coolest looking unit in the game and avatars are second.

Anyone noticed the funny Idle animations some units/buildings do?
