But you know what's weird is that it's coming out for Xbox360 only .

the problem is because they are wanting more money because compared to PS3, the XBOX 360 is sold more and because developing a game for PS3 is expensive, it's a SHAME

Hopefully they'll make a PS3 version, if not sony AC fans will have to go out and buy a 360 just for it.

When I saw this two days ago on Attack of the Show, I cried tears of joy. When Ace Combat 6 comes out and I pop it in my 360, God himself will descend from the heavens, pick up my console, and as a golden aura surrounds it, He will proclaim the future.

It is quite unfortunate that Sony is losing all there exclusive titles. I'm afraid that with out them MicroDollar will win the console race.
Since the games that were enticing me to buy a PS3 (Mercs 2, GTA, GT, AC) have moved to the console that I prefer (remember that I just prefer it), I now have absolutely no reason what so ever to buy a PS3. Not even if Gran Turismo came out with the entire line of Dodge Charger will I ever get one, since spending a fortune on a console for one game is not buying smart.

I'm pissed, AC series is by far the best console game I've ever played, keep it on Sony, please. Controlling the aircraft would be very strange to get used to on the Xbox 360 controller.

acutaly thats not quite true all depends on how much time they take on the title and how much of the system power they use if they use all yes but i don't know of one game on ps3 that uses all sence its expensive and would take load of time

also the 3rd party development tools for ps3 are still not capable of uttilizing it fully may not truely ever get good sence ps3 cpu is very expermental

how namco will lose a lot of customers? there are around 10 million of potential customers in 360 vs around 2,6 million of potencial customers in ps3, if they were still a exclusive for ps3 they will actually lost a LOT of customers

but a multyplatafor is the best option............where is my ace combat for pc? D:!

Namco has a huge fanbase that I am positive bought PS3s in anticipation for AC6. XBox buyers, however, tended to buy it for titles like Halo 3 among many others. Most of the XBox goers don't care for PS3 games.

Well, you're right. I bought my 360 for Gears of War, Halo 3, and banking on the fact that Mercs 2 would be cross platform. Not to mention that a few parts of GTA 4 are going to be 360 exclusive.
I also agree that most gamers have some sort of 'console war' in their head which unfortunately makes them shun other platform's games for pride. I would have bought a PS3 way down the line just for the Ace Combat combat series....and maybe Resistance Fall of Man. For me, it's all about the gaming, regardless of platform.

the reason why xbox in my opinion is better is multiplayer i'am huge multiplayer fan so xbox 360 will be the next system i buy so it doesn't bug me altho i only played the first ace combat i liked it but never got around to geting the others but the visuals on the 6th one make me want to get it

If you plan on getting AC6 and you own a PS2, I suggest you rent or acuire by other means, for an update on the storyline:

This game is getting so boring. Same shit, different name, that's what it is. This is like Dynasty Warriors, but in the air. Know what I mean? But now, I'm glad they're getting it all next-gen and whatnot.

The main reason they're making this for Xbox360 is due to the larger sales of the 360 and the larger online community; the fans wanted an online AC game. Anyway, one less reason for me to pay $600+ for a PS3 for now.

They didn't move it to the 360 cause it has a larger online commuity, they moved it to the 360 cause you have to pay to play online .
