This really isn't a mod, it is a bug from a mod that I was playing called Euorpe, I call this one a massive tank drop :wahhhhhaa: I was just about to defeat the AI too, then I got owned.

My computer had an error, but my friend was still in the battle and he said there were so many tanks that they started attacking each other. :D

I just copied the sonic emitter code...though, it has no prequisites, and 0 buildtime, cost and power requirement...
