One's version of "Complete" can vary person to person. I personally can't think what else to add/change.
Maybe a border?
Also, how did you make it? Sketch then a bit of photoshop?
Its completely done in Photoshop without pre-pencil sketch , its a PS sketch
I mean with completion : Look at the shading and lightning on the creature ; you will see they are pretty much random , even if they look good that doesn't mean they are completed , they are done random and quickly

General, you've outdone yourself (again). I don't know how it's possible, but you keep getting better. The subtle tone of color Warbz added to your devil really makes it stand out, and the only "gripe" if you can call it that, is not on the devil itself, but the lightning in the background. I know lightning is hard to sketch, but to be honest, I feel you could have drawn it a bit better. Your work on the devil is remarkable. The snake-like lower body, the trident tail, and the ironic, yet symbolic halo between the ever present horns. The wings are tattered in typical anime/Final Fantasy fashion (and done with magnificent detail), and the pagan "tattoo" where one's belt would go. Another awesome trip to General's Sketch museum, and what a worth-while trip it's been
.
My best,
Nuker
Thank you
Yes it took me a few seconds to do this lightning
I actually wasn't planning to do background , only character's sketch ; but later I decide to test a brush lies far bottom of the brush list and do something very little with it , background actually took me one minute or less to do
Also thanks to others aswell
