I don't like it as much as some of your other pieces, but as its WIP i'll reserve judgement until its finished.

I have to admit, that is pretty spectacular IPS. You've captured the movement in the picture perfectly. My only suggestion would be to try and make more of the impact, the give it more of a clash of the titans feel to it.

I like the flipped monochrome WIP and the final version. You captured the impact quite well, making motions in the dirt oft seen from an explosion (perhaps hinting just how hard these two beasts hit each other). I noticed subtle changes to the creatures, from your coloured WIP to the final, namely the "blushing" you did to both subjects, the open mouth with spittle, and the slight red colouration to one of the beast's eyes. That is seriously f*ing amazing IPS. Seriously wonderfully amazing. My only complaint would be that it's not of high enough resolution for me to nab as my wallpaper :P

This is not an excuse, just put it in the middle of your desktop and add some frame to the corners |8

that is good, very well done |8

though i'm not a fan of the all-too-visible brush contours, you did a wonderful job on the piece's composition and lighting. i salute you for that.

You've certainly improved the impact area, but I don't still the epicness in it. Your artwork is amazing, don't get me wrong. But I'd like to see you overstate it if you get me.

@Camille
I know what you mean, I'm not really a fan of it neither.
However this painting was kind of an exercise, so I drew it with the standart round brush only, to get a feeling for it. |8

@Wizard
Yea indeed. It's allways a great challange to get the right balace between effect and realism.
I'm still training to get that right.

It would probably have been a good thing to lower the perspective and
made the monsters fill the picture more to present their bulkiness and force.

That would certainly help to highlight the collision and the feel of the piece, however I should say that the work is still of exceptional quality without it.
