Yeah I realized there weren't any clan Guass rifles but I still love the range on those things. The Thunderbolts are awesome. I had two of them on a Fafnir or Mad Cat Mk II (can't really remember). Every heavy class mech I hit either went straight to critical damage or just got knocked down then I kept constant fire with some Clan ER med. lasers I stuck on there for some close range protection.

I am a great fan of many weapons, but my absolute favourite it this:

Heckler & Koch MP5K
SMG, 9 x 19 mm Luger/Parabellum, length 349 mm

It looks particularly tasty in Hitman Blood Money (see pic), though Red Faction also had a wicked custom version of this.

Other favourites include M60, FN Minimi (full-size), Dragunov and just about any HK weapon.

However, I can't remember if I've posted in here. So, without further ado...

Novalith Cannon (Sins of a Solar Empire) Devastation from afar.
Riot shield/desert eagle combo (Rainbow 6 Vegas) Very hard to be taken down from the front when you have the shield up, and the Eagle is a pretty nice gun too.
M6D (Halo: Combat Evolved) Pistol. Add high calibre. Add scope. Add total lack of recoil. Enjoy.
Holy Hand Grenade (Worms: Armageddon) Self explanatory.
DAO-12 (Battlefield 2) A 12 round semi-auto shotgun is nothing to make fun of.
Incendiary grenade (Rainbow 6 Vegas)
Crowbar (HL series) FREEMAN SMASH!
Gravity Gun (HL2) Picking up stuff and launching it as weaponry. Fun.
The generic assault rifle. (Gears of War) Chainsaw. Bayonet. (vThat thing)

Rifles in real life are my favorite. I have been shooting guns since I was what.... 6. So I am a pretty good shot.

Probably the BlasTech Industries EWHB-12 Heavy Repeating Blaster Cannon, as used by Republic Commandos:

Pure evilness on a tripod. I also like the Baur H-AR (Heavy Assault Rifle) from BF2142:

As rifles go it's really very conventional, but it has an excellent feel to it and really rewards you for learning how to use it right. The award for pure usefulness has to go to the PK-47 AR-rocket from the same game:

Basically a long-ranged airburst grenade for the game's assault rifles with an ability to set the detonation point, you simply point the rifle at a piece of cover and scope it so the laser sight gets the range, tip the barrel up so it's pointing slightly past, click the mouse wheel out to set the rocket to detonate just behind it, and let fly. Boom! Two or three rounds later, a crowd of dead enemies, all while they were supposedly safe behind that big, impenetrable wall or rock over there.

Mavor Artie from supcom. With good estimation, you can hit T4 units (the flying ones are tricky) and open whoop ass on them. Unfortunately, you only get to viably use it when you're making epic team battles or you like repressing the CPU.

Massdriver from red faction. Who the hell wouldn't want the ability to fire a insta kill ray that has a indefinite range?

The Spy's knife or even his disguise kit which are self-explainatory when it comes to awesome.

My favorites are the M249SAW, the P90 and the TAR21. As for Pistols i am definitly a fan of black Desert Eagles and M1911's (i just hate chrome versions of those).
My fav explosive Weapon is the Javelin from CoD4.
