Sorry to disagree with you Teron, but it's actually a old Finnish polka song from the 1930, sung in Savo's ( dialect
But as for the lyrics part in Leek spin; it's propably either someone, who doesn't understand ä's and ö's, singing it or it's a original (unintelligible) filler/chant part of the song; can't really remember as polka isn't actually my kind of music and I lost the original version of Ievan polkka while I formatted my HD some time ago.

Hmm, but the name of the song is "Loituma-Leva's Polka", so the lyrics still are correct, no? (well, if the lyrics are correct, from where I copied them^^)
