the blaster fires continuously over 10 seconds, cools down for 3 seconds and fires agan etc. The railgun fires one shot (with 10.000 A, so it cracks pretty quickly the most armor) all 5 seconds

what ever it is cooling that gun, I want one for my house (AC died). Must be using cold-heat technoligy
