I Dont have the wall mod wich makes me quite sad v_v

So does anybody have the wall mod?
Or any information on where i can get it?
i tried looking around at EA . com.

can anyone provide me the XML files , or the uncompiled edition of the mod, for 1.9

it is for my personal use only , i have made myself a balance mod for TW 1.9 and i wish to add it to my mod , but i know i can just add the big but i want to edit something in the wallmod , the commandSet , so the wall icon would appear elsewhere cause now is the first(from top left) and the bar looks wacky.

Look into the logiccommand.xml and logiccommandset.xml .There you have to edit the wallhub and the conyard/crane codes. You need the logiccommand.xml to look up for the IDs of the needed buttons.

and where to find these two files , in the mods big file...., you know everything is encrypted so there isn't xmls in the big


EDIT: or your saying that i should make the mod myself , it doesn't sound hard , heh and the code is left in "construct_...Wallhub" , it's just about enabling it , or is there anything more to make walls buildable , oh and that "wall span" ability is modded or it was already in?

all you need to do is to add the wallspan command into the wallhub commandset and the build wallhub command into the conyard and crane commandsets. the XMLs are found in the CnC3XMLs folder in the mod-sdk directory.

I appreciate the thread is old, hell so is the game but I'm hopeful someone can actually explain simply where the files in the above attachment go to make this work. What may seem obvious to some is not to others.

I also please request instructions be provided in Raw format text here instead of links. The amount of dead links I've come across trying to find a working wallmod for 1.09 is very disheartening. This topic is the first one with an actual file to download but the links to instructions are no good. Hell one sends me to some German thing.

Always be mindful that someone may look here in another 7 years for this answer.

Unfortunately the people who could probably help you are no longer on the forum (don't worry about necroing).

Your best bet would be to visit a more active forum and post the same question there. SWR still has a reasonably active modding community.
